Institutions can request to create a custom and unique PNP16 tokens that may represent the global pricing of one or more digital assets in a basket. These tokens must have a liquidity pool associated with it that the institution funds, the number of tokens and pricing is the decision of the Institution however HootDex needs to approve it for listing on HootDex.
There is no initial cost for the creation or listing process however the amount of PECU coins to be set in the liquidity must be presented prior to being listed and then locked in for a predetermined amount of time to provide such liquidity.
