Can Professional Retail Traders integrate their trading systems with HootDex?

HootDex will be issuing API’s to Professional Retail Traders to integrate into approved systems on a request basis. All APIs for trading systems are issued with a private key for a Professional Retail Trader along with the documentation.  The system will be evaluated to make sure it adheres to our guidelines. #
