August 31, 2023:

• HootDex will have a mini program on the ChatHive super app that is being overhauled for easy access by all members. We will update members on the progress.

• ChatHive will be integrated into the HootDex swapping system in late September 2023, HootDex members will be able to have live chats, video and audio calls with other members.

Aug 30, 2023: HootDex is still performing some necessary upgrades to the user interface for retail swapping. This should be completed by end of the day today. Institutional swapping was not impacted at all during this process.

Aug 2, 2023: HootDex surpassed the transactions per second “TPS” throughput that was originally accessed. Market and Limit Orders were put through extreme stress test measures since July 31, 2023 ramping up on Aug 1, 2023. Pressure is still being placed by select institutions by design to test the limits and it has been stellar over the past two days, we will continue  to run these test for a few more days. It was anticipated to clock 50k TPS, we hit 110k TPS for a full 24 hour period without any issues.

Swaps are done on-chain for PECU and all tokens created on the Pecu Novus Blockchain Network so this stress test has put Pecu Novus to the test in real time, risky yes, but a sandbox environment wasn’t an option in this case to achieve this level of scalability, stability and security.

Jun 25, 2023: Upgrades still being initiated to enhance the systems stability under extreme pressure, we will continue to post updates to keep everyone informed.

June 1, 2023: Beta Institutional High Frequency trading stations were activated , expect to see greater volume across most listed tokens, including PECU itself. Liquidity Pools are active for every token on HootDex, so every swap integrates PECU Coins to close out the swap on HootDex, the greater the activity , the greater the volume throughout. This will impactful as the final versions of the trading stations are distributed for institutional use over the next several months.

May 25, 2023: Wallets will gradually be allowed to connect to the HootDex system, initially beginning with the Pecu Wallet between May 27 and 29, 2023, which is most important. Institutional usage of the swapping system has allowed our team to enhance the system and further stress test everything, positive results all around. Additional major real time stress tests will be happening over the course of 2023.

May 22, 2023: All Digital Derivative Pairs on HootDex will be paused for 6 hours due to system upgrades for a better user experience.

May 1, 2023: HootDex underwent the implementation of additional security features in order to provide members with the most secured environment possible. No downtime required.

Aug 31, 2023: HootDex successfully integrated the necessary upgrades to the user interface for retail swapping. Market swapping and limit orders should fully propagate at approximately 4/8pm ET/GMT:. Institutional swapping was not impacted at all during this process.

Aug 28, 2023: HootDex will be performing some necessary upgrades for retail swapping. This is purely frontend maintenance and does not impact institutional swapping. Retail swapping may experience delayed matching due to the upgrades. This should be completed on Aug 30, 2023. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but this is necessary in order to have the most enhanced decentralized digital asset swapping system possible.

Aug 1, 2023: Limit order system is being upgraded for speed and efficiency on-chain, select institutions are running extreme stress tests on the system so members will experience extremely high volume across HootDex. Swaps are done on-chain for PECU and all tokens so this stress test impacts The Pecu Novus Blockchain Network itself as well.

Jun 20, 2023: Upgrades being initiated to enhance the systems stability under extreme pressure, this is necessary to ensure stability long term, this may cause connection disruption due to this temporarily. This is not impacting institutional swapping systems, this is impacting HootDex retail swapping frontend solely. We will provide an update on the progress.

May 30, 2023: HootDex will be integrating various upgrades to the system today, institutional swapping and app access is not impacted, general swapping and listing quotes will have intermittent outages on accessing these areas on the web.

May 23, 2023: Artificial Intelligence has been integrated into HootDex to insure smooth scalability as the system grows in usage through machine learning behind the scenes. AI Tools will be added for members in the near future.

May 15, 2023: The system is being run through a series of stress tests , this critical procedure will delay the opening of the swapping system part of HootDex by two weeks.

April 15, 2023: HootDex began the final stages of development for the digital assets listing and swapping system. HootDex went a little further to ensure stability and scalability through further decentralization. In implementing these HootDex upgrades it will take additional time to reach the frontend but it will provide a swapping system that has the ability to scale rapidly, provide a robust environment for institutional high frequency, quant and program trading. Also providing retail traders with a robust environment to work with, professional retail tools will be in development towards the end of 2023.
