Earlier today, it was announced that Russia’s Putin and US Pres. Trump were not near getting together for a summit in Budapest in hopes of ending the Ukraine/Russia war. No timetable for a meeting was set.

Ukraine Zelenskyy is now on the wires saying that Russia is doing everything to reject a diplomatic way to end the war. He also says that the postponement of the US decision to supply Tomahawk missiles made Russia less interested in diplomacy.

It seems that Putin has press the right buttons again.
